The Gallery 36 at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G invites art lovers to view the beautiful watercolour paintings of talented Thai artist, Pearada Cheepsatayakorn at the exhibition, “Pearada’s Day Out”. The collection is on view from 18th November 2018 – 15th January 2019.
A visual storyteller and graduate of Columbia University, USA, Pearada will lead you on a journey to places that inspire her. On her travels she connects with her creative freedom and transfers her ideas onto paper using watercolours.
The gifted artist says, “Travelling is my way of life. It’s how I find inspiration. My favourite way to capture the moment is to draw and I always carry a sketchbook with me.”
Using her sketchpad like a camera to snap her life, Pearada’s medium of choice is an ink pen and watercolour paints. At the exhibition, she invites guests to experience her personal journal which showcases sketches of places she travels to and the happy moments she stumbles upon. “Each painting represents bits and pieces of my memory. I paint what I see to truly live in the moment,” she says.
A highly accomplished artist, Pearada has designed the branding for prestigious clients such as Samsung, Unilever, Macau Government Tourism Organization, Central World, Sprinkle Cupcakes in USA, and many more.
The preview day for “Pearada’s Day Out” will be held on Sunday 18th November 2018 from 3PM – 6PM at The Gallery on the 36th floor of Pullman Bangkok Hotel G.The exhibition will continue until 15th January 2019.
