The bountiful catch of Fine de Claire oysters have imported fresh from France, and every Tuesday from 6PM until 10:30PM you can feast on these succulent delights, freshly shucked to order!
Fine de Claire oysters are cultivated in the Marennes Oleron district of France. They are finished for several weeks in shallow clay ponds where they acquire the subtleties of taste and texture that are prized by oyster lovers. When opened, the elongated shell reveals a pale flesh with a deliciously salty and nutty flavour.
The chic rooftop venue will feature a live station where guests can order oysters to enjoy with condiments such as lemon, shallots red vinegar, Thai seafood sauce, and more. To complement the decadent experience, there’ll also be a daily Happy Hour from 6PM – 8PM with selected beers, wines and cocktails for just THB 100++.
