Your taste of French charcuterie will never be the same when our chefs at Scarlett created an enticing selection of dishes inspired by regional French fresh and dry sausages. Diners can savour Figatelli Corse from the mountainous Mediterranean island of Corsica. Fragant with garlic and spices, the roasted dry pork sausage will be served with creamy polenta and mint tempura. Other highlights on the sausage menu will include Saucisse Lyonnaise, a delicious charcoal grilled pork and pistachio sausage served with sautéed baby potatoes and caramelized onions, and Saucisse du Perigord, a decadent truffle pork sausage served with six succulent #3 Fine de Claire oysters. There will also be classic Saucisse de Toulouse, a delightful roasted pork sausage accompanied by slow cooked French mojette beans and seasonal herbs, and spicy Xistora Basque pork sausage with mixed chili, stuffed piquillo peppers and crushed potatoes and more!
