Available for a limited time, Scarlett Bangkok’s special Maine lobster menu will feature delicate dishes such as lobster tartare, and Carpaccio and lobster ice-cream. For those who have a crazing for something heartier, opt for Surf n’ Turf with pan seared lobster, black sausage and pineapple, lobster sushi or half a lobster with aioli and pasta, and for something indulgent, fall in love with lobster and foie gras ravioli. Diners can also tuck into a whole lobster fricassee with a cappuccino bisque and cacao powder.
