Here’s what’s cooking at our nightclub-feel, city vista restaurant Vertigo TOO, where the latest menu retooling brings some taste-tempting new additions to the already diverse pan-cuisine selection. Starting this April, guests can tuck into such inspiringly tasty creations as Pulled Pork Jaffle (toasted sandwich); Duck Sausage with Kumquat Confit, Orange and Duck Jus; and Fresh Vietnamese style Spring Rolls with Softshell Crab and Rice Noodles.
