Dusit Thani Shareholders’ Meeting

Mr Arsa Sarasin, Chairman of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DTC), Mr Chanin Donavanik, Vice President and Chairman of the Executive Committee, DTC, and Ms.Suphajee Suthumpun, Group Chief Executive Officer, DTC, attended the 26th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2019. The meeting approved the dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.17 per share and approved the restructuring of assets by selling Dusit Thani Maldives to DREIT, and also the investments in Pathumwan Project and ASAI Chinatown Project.
