Take a flavourful dining escape this summery season, starting from March going forward, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin, joined with Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, and InterContinental Hua Hin Resort, invites all food connoisseurs an amazing five-course alfresco feast on the soft sands of Hua Hin.
Make your way along the beautiful beach, from resort to resort, with each acclaimed hotel presenting one spectacular course of a sumptuous “Dine Along the Beach” five-course dinner. The meal will result in nothing less a unique, four-hour gastronomic journey down the coast, allowing guests to sample the cuisine of all five leading luxury resorts, paired an outstanding, well-balanced wine list.
Begin the culinary journey at 5pm at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, with an exquisite starter of local Burrata Cheese and Smoked Thai Eggplant, followed by a short stroll along the beach to the InterContinental Hua Hin Resort for a second starter of
Hua Hin “Kee-mao” Sea Treasure a dish of squid ink spaghetti with all ocean gems, seasoned Thai-style Kee-mao flavours. Continue to make your way along the sand to Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa for the first main course; a sumptuous fillet of Crispy fillet of seabass with Bouillabaisse Broth.
Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas will be presenting the second main course of Ginger & Honey glazed pork ribs that promise a fall-off-the-bone surprise with a fantastic earthy flavour from ginger, before guests finally head to Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa for a dessert of Chocolate praline dome, served with raspberry jelly and berry compote.
The beachfront dining feast will finish at 9pm, giving guests ample time to stroll along the soft white sand, enjoying the magical evening ambience. Transport is also available between the resorts on special requests.
The price for the five-course meal is THB 2,499 net per person, accompanied by Monsoon Valley wine, Evian and Badoit mineral water. Only 50 places are available per event so advanced reservations are essential.
