Every day during this year’s Vegetarian Festival from 9-17 October 2018, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Hua Hin promises to indulge Hua Hin locals and food connoisseurs with a new menu of irresistible, creative vegetarian dishes, created to please every palate in Western-Mediterranean style at Coast Beach Club & Bistro and Eastern-Japanese style at Hagi Japanese restaurant.

At Coast Beach Club & Bistro, expect a world of flavours from many delectable dishes such as Zucchini fritters served on top of summer succotash boasting a perfect contrast of tastes and textures, classic Fettuccine with artichokes, zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes packed with several bold and delicious flavours that compliment the pasta perfectly, and last but not least, Tofu and Shitake rice salad bowl topped with Edamame kernels, radish and cucumber for a sweet-and-sour crunch.

On the other side, among Hagi’s Japanese specialities are the popular Rainbow Veggie Sushi Rolls, the classic Mixed vegetable Tempura set, Hagi’s recommended Stir-fried Udon noodle with Shiitake, the creative Teppanyaki seared Kinu tofu and Enoki mushrooms, and many more to please your appetite.
